瞿瑛瑛，广东外语外贸大学副研究员，云山学者，广东省海外高层次留学人才，管理学博士，英国皇家特许测量师学会会员（MRICS）和英国皇家特许建造学会会员（MCIOB）。先后留学香港和澳大利亚，曾受聘于苏州安信造价师事务所，从事工程造价预决算工作；受聘于香港城市大学建筑工程争端调解研究中心，担任助理研究员。讲授项目管理、PPP项目管理等课程。主要研究方向为工程项目管理和文本数据分析与挖掘。在Automation in Construction, International Journal of Project Management, Journal of Information Science等国际期刊及国际会议发表学术论文20篇。近三年SSCI/SCI（一类）索引论文2篇，EI索引论文4篇，软件著作权3项，并荣获UMLL 2017、HIS 2016国际会议最佳论文奖。主持广东省自然科学基金项目1项，广州市科学研究计划项目1项，参与国家自然科学基金2项，香港城市大学科研基金（UGC）、香港政府科研基金（GRF，RGC）等国际科研项目7项。担任Building and Environment, Computer Applications in Engineering Education等SCI期刊审稿人。
